Many agencies advertise coverage across the entire Costa de Almería, from Vera Playa to Cabo de Gata, with offices in multiple municipalities. The problem with that model is well known to anyone who has tried to use it. Knowledge becomes generic. The advisor who drives forty minutes to show you a property in a zone they have visited twice cannot tell you which urbanisations have community-fee disputes, which ones have imminent renovation levies, which streets flood during heavy storms, or which buildings have non-regularised extensions.
